Sete Star Sept - Live in Baltimore 2011 CD - Revulsion Records (Japan)

Sete Star Sept + Penis Geyser + Deceiver + Lotus Fucker + Gas Satori. And as incredible as everyone played that night, Gas Satori kinda stole the show for me with a set of Chaos Destroy covers done via noisecore, just totally out of left field and unexpected, so fucking cool and rambunctious, totally awesome., so the entire show was recorded live by Official Lotus Fucker Noise Scientist Mike Walls, and he did (as usual) a pretty much perfect job. The live recordings here are exactly what one would want from live recordings: raw and unhinged, wild and screaming, but with that crystal clear mix that Mike Walls is(/should be?) known for. Perfectly captures this band in their element, they are tight as FUCK but still totally noise, seamlessly improvising, playing songs, grinding out......FUCK BEST BAND!!!!!! If you enjoy this band AT ALL, go ahead and pick this one up, it's easily on par if not better than their studio recordings both sound-wise and performance-wise.
